Good Morning !

Freind at works father woke up to this morning.

Lives in Missisauga. Its an 02 Acura EL (Civic Clone). Had 15" Alluminum wheels on it that aren't particulary nice, but I'm sure some Civic owner will be happy to have them. At least they were nice enough to put it on blocks.

And in case anyone's wondering. The car did not have wheel locks. Not that they would have helped.

Yup. That's right. With the proper tool, all you do is break the actual wheel bolt, so not only will they get your wheel, but they fuck up the car as well. It's much easier on stock wheels than aftermarket, cause some lug holes on the wheels are sunk in, which makes it harder to break that one last bolt.
I don't know this from experience, but I used to hang out with "the wrong crowd" and they told me!

reminds me of the time when my husband got into our GS-R after work one day, tried to drive, and couldn't because some jerks stole the passenger's side rims. that was probably the most stressful weekend of my life.

that was the day before i was supposed to test for a promotion in kung fu.

oh, when we got our rental car, we drove to the local drugstore because i sort of knew that "something was up." so when my husband was on the phone with the insurance people, i was in the bathroom peeing on a stick. to make a long story short, for the next 9 months i was driving around pregnant in an Integra GS-R that had new rims (courtesy of the insurance company).

How about go into Sherway gardens with the girlfriend the friday leading into May twofour and you come back out and your car is gone at 9pm, your defently not seeing things since well there arent many cars at all left in the lot due to the mall being closed. My 4 year old SiR gone in less than 2mins. To top it all off got to see it in replay on mall security, at least a 3 man job in the car in 45secs according to the time on the video and backed out in less than 2mins. The car was armed and nothing visibly tasty done to the outside just lowered with an exhaust. Time to get life back on track with the TSX.

That sucks.

It happened to my neighbor but they caught the kids within 20mins and got the rims back. The only problem was there was considerable damage to the rotors when they dropped the car on the blocks.

Happenned to me once with my old Accord 95 EXR.

A kid tried stealing my OEM rims at 3:30AM but my landlord saw him while he was up for a piss. He called me, I called the cops who are based not a 1000ft from my appartment. I got dressed, took along my driver #5 and went on and kicked the kid's ass before the cops arrived.

I was still swinging at him when they arrived. The cops were pretty happy they had caught him while he was still there, especially that he admitted everything (never came across his mind he didn't need to answer questions). The kid never though of filing a complaint against me, so I didn't get into trouble for beating him up, but anyways the cops had promised me they'd do what it would take for me not to get into trouble.

What was worst was that when the kid arrived at the hospital, the doctor couldn't find a single bruise on him, so he and the rest of his personnel proceeded to laugh at him calling him a loser and a sissy, just rubbing it in a little more. It seems the kid was doing this for the first time so the cops were pretty happy he had been given it to him by me and the medical staff, because it would probably have been more dissuasive that way than the 50$ fine he got in court.

Weird, my brothers car was stolen 3 weeks ago at Woodbine Racetrack. We went there for his b-day and lets just say it will be a b-day to remember. I'm glad I'm only my Mississauga office once a week!

sauceman, funny story. Not many people carry a 5 wood, but that would definitely be the club to use.

This is so sad to see.....can't even have nice $hit anymore. This type of thing makes me not want to hook up the TSX at all.

Sauceman, that is a great story. I don't know about club selection though, I think I would have taken a 4 iron upside his ribs...

Is there some construction site nearby? Those look like brand new bricks. Unless the thieves stole the bricks from somewhere they must have gone to the trouble of buying them.

I wonder how that car (or any car) would look with 4 of those small spares?

Nice story!

I'm afraid that a dead body would be exactly what I'd be aiming for
