Exclamation Fraud Alert !!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT use :thumbsdn: imotorgear.com !! They are lying thieves . They have cheated me out of $196.00 claiming they never received my return, when I have a tracking # from fedex showing it WAS delivered to them and signed for by them. This is FRAUD. Stay away from them. They never returned my e-mails so I called them and they hung up on me. BEWARE. This is just a sample of the problems I have had with these people. Now I have to dispute this situation with Visa, but first I wanted to warn all of my fellow TSX owners !!

Thanks, Shawn

U imotorgear.com

They will not get away with this.

Thanks for the heads up, let the BBB know about this. If you don't complain, then others will have the same problems.

I ordered some PIAA ralley lights for my MINI and a MOMO shift knob. They forgot about my order, after two weeks of waiting I called and then they said they would e-mail me back in a min, never did. So I place my new order with LTB Motor Sports, I have used them b4 and they are pretty good. The problem with imotorgear is they are not refunding my card. They finally admited they did recieve the PIAA lights I returned after lying and saying they never got them when I found my tracking #. Its just been a nightmare over the past month !! I have to admit my first order was here really quick so you should be ok as long as there is no problem and you don't have to talk to a real person. Im glad I don't live close , I am so mad I would drive down there and get my self in trouble.

PS - I did file a complaint with the BBB and Yahoo since they are a yahoo merchant

One day I was doing a google search for Honda images, after looking at Civics, Accords, Odysseys, I came across an E pill with the Honda logo on it. It was an odd site, I had no idea how creative they were getting with the designs. No wonder kids are doing it, they're like collector's items! Maybe they would take their vitamins if the drug companies were as creative. Here are some more:

Rolls Royce:

Mitsubishi:

How long are we gonna let him get away with these graphics? :ghey:

Besides, if you're gonna do it, you could do a hell of a lot better than "green." Check out the same thing in "chartreuse":

Exclamation imotorgear.com did the right thing

In all fairness I thought it was very important to update you all. iMotorgear.com has credited my card and sent this e-mail, sounds like I just got a REALLY bad cust. serv. rep.

Dear Shawn,

My name is James Hsieh, I am the manager of Imotorgear.com. I've received your email below and conducted an investigation on your situation. As the result of the investigation, I've discovered that our shipping department has misplaced the package you have shipped back to us, which caused our customer service representative to assume no product has been returned. We have made a mistake on your case.

I apologize for the frustrating experience you have encountered with us and we are taking immediate action to resolve the situation for you. I have instructed our accounting to provide full refund back to your credit card, which you should be able to verify the credit posting on your next credit card statement. Furthermore, as additional compensation for you, I have instructed our sales department to give you 15% discount on any product of your choosing. Lastly, we will take important steps to make sure future return orders are handled properly.

I understand this has been a frustrating experience for you, I hope you'll accept our apology in mishandling your order. Please feel free to contact me directly if you need further assistance.

Best regards,

James Hsieh

I have a feeling that they were contacted by the BBB. I had a dispute with an online distributor once, I e-mailed them 3 times with no response. On my final e-mail, I threatened to alert the BBB if I didn't hear from them soon. I gave them 3 full working days, and then I contacted the BBB. A day later, they miraculously "just received" my e-mails and credited my account.
