Fraud Alert !!
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Do NOT use :thumbsdn: imotorgear.com !! They are lying thieves . They have cheated me out of $196.00 claiming they never received my return, when I have a tracking # from fedex showing it WAS delivered to them and signed for by them. This is FRAUD. Stay away from them. They never returned my e-mails so I called them and they hung up on me. BEWARE. This is just a sample of the problems I have had with these people. Now I have to dispute this situation with Visa, but first I wanted to warn all of my fellow TSX owners !!

imotorgear.com did the right thing
In all fairness I thought it was very important to update you all. iMotorgear.com has credited my card and sent this e-mail, sounds like I just got a REALLY bad cust. serv. rep.

I have a feeling that they were contacted by the BBB. I had a dispute with an online distributor once, I e-mailed them 3 times with no response. On my final e-mail, I threatened to alert the BBB if I didn't hear from them soon. I gave them 3 full working days, and then I contacted the BBB. A day later, they miraculously "just received" my e-mails and credited my account.
