I'm still exploring, but so far, it's
Bluesville
Deep Tracks
(easily my favorite two so far)
then
Classic Rock (can't remember the name)
"Pops" Classical
MLB (baseball)
St. Louis traffic and weather
XM Comedy
5 spots unassigned
Bluesville should just be on 24/7 since the blues is just about all anyone would need for music, but I'm not crazy about some of their playlist and they repeat some stuff too often.
Deep Tracks (or Deep Cuts, or whatever it's called) has been a pleasant surprise.
I also love how on traffic/weather you can get everything you need in about 120 seconds.

Right now my first 6 are
20, 82, 150, 47, 65, 54
It's a pet peeve to have to flip screens to get more presets, so I pick channels that are easy to scroll to others ones I like (like 21, 22,140, 81, 66, 67, etc.)
