I really like your parchment interior. The contrast does look good. I opted for the ebony because it was my favourite and I thought that it might stay cleaner over the long run but your parchment does look super as well.
Your partner looks happier today!
Congrats again and great looking RBP!!!

NICE CAR!
That parchment interior looks great.
That wood simulated plastic looks different than my 2005 TSX PWP with parchment interior. Is that also new for 2006?

Mine arrived at the dealer today, same color, but black interior. I have to wait 'til Saturday to get it, however, because I get off work late. It's not a big problem - sort of an Xmas present (one I'll be paying off for a few years). Pix to come.....

officially it's her car, since she drives to work, and i take the train into the city. but anytime we go anywhere together, i end up driving. so it's sorta "ours".
i did most of the legwork researching the car, but that's because i'm insane. i contacted most of the dealers. she works long days, so her schedule makes it tough for her to haggle. her personality makes it tougher! so i'm "driver 2" and i'm ok with that!
i introduced her to the TSX, i feel like i should be the best man, or bridesmaid, or something.

It will be a great Christmas present. The question on Christmas day is where will you spend most of your day. By the tree or in the TSX?
Congrats again.

Thanks! I got the car instead of a tree. I might drive down to Brooksville (north of Tampa) so we can deliver my mother's '94 Integra to my brother. She bought my '01 Altima - we're doing the musical car thing. At least this way we all know what we're getting. My brother in particular needs a more economical car. He's got an old Suburban that gets rotten mileage and a motorcycle, which gets much better mileage, but it's not so great when it rains or he needs to haul something.....

Thanks for the pics....car really look sharp, can't wait to get mine (it will be around March/April). I'm considering getting that color also beside the arctic blue glacier.

Exact same color combo I've ordered. Hoping mine comes in within the next 3 weeks. I also ordered the wood "look" steering wheel and A-Spec package. Other then that it's identical.

purple does show in certain lights. it's a beautiful thing. it mostly looks like navy.
i've been trying to get some daytime pics, but yesterday it was dark all day, pretty crappy.
will try this weekend.

First handwashing complete.....i'll take some pics while it's still light out, but it's very hazy.
FYI....Stoner's Invisible Glass is amazing...i recommend all to go get it now!
Anyone have any good ideas for something to clean the wheels with? i have a wheel face brush, which is nice, but it doesnt get behind the spokes, right where the meet the wheel. This is where most break dust seems to accumulate. anything other than a q-tip?

Washed and looking good in some cloudy light
The first two are with the flash on and didn't come out too well.
The first shot of the steering wheel is also with flash.
The steering wheel looks excellent with the Lexol Cleaner and Conditioner applied, can't wait to put it on the rest of the car!
The horn....that's vinyl right, and not leather? I'm pretty sure, but not 100%
Damn, wish i could get a sunny day out here!
So far, 2 possible "scratches" one on the front (i think it's just bug guts though and will find out when i buy bug and tar removed). the second is on the driver side rear passenger door, actually right above the door, near the rear windshield. but i think it's more of a pronounced swirl mark that will disappear with a wax....if only the time existed....

sorry for the previous post. if there's a way for the moderators to delete it, that'd be great, as the bandwith is gonna kill the page.

Good looking pics. The colour sure changes with the light. Yours does have a purple look to it. Pics I took today, (but can't post because of imageshack upgrades,) is definately a darker blue.
