Finally!
Hi everyone, i've been lurking in this forum for the past year and found it to be very informative and useful. I finally took the plunge and got a 2005 SSM/Ebony 6MT Navi TSX tonight, and I love it! Had an '03 RSX Type S, but had really bad buyers remorse with that car. I was concerned that the TSX would be the same thing but with 4 doors, but am really glad its not.
Anyone else in here upgrade to the TSX from an RSX-S?
I was also contemplating getting a 2004 Infiniti G35 Coupe 6MT w/Premium Package since my local dealer had inventory and was selling at invoice. I'm very glad I chose the TSX instead. I know that it is unfair to compare to two vehicles, but was anyone else considering the G35 Coupe?
Anyways, the TSX rocks!!!! (having 4 doors is great) I will post pics tomorrow.

AirWoodson, I am in your same boat. I have been lurking at the site for about 3 months now and just picked up my 2005 CGP/Ebony 6MT Navi TSX last Friday. All I can say is that I love it! Everytime I get in the car, I look forward to the long ride home.
BTW, Those who say a manual is not a good idea when you drive bumper-to-bumper is... misguided. I love the manual and going 7 years with an auto was very tough for me. Why Honda did not make a manual for the old V6, I do not know...
Anyway, everything about the car is great. I also wanted to say "Thank You" to all who contribute to the site. It was weird going into the dealer and knowing MUCH more than the salesman... and he seemed to know quite a bit. Its amazing what your bean can retain when you are really into something.
Last weekend was a little busy, but this next weekend (while everyone is at the mall) is going to be spent: 1. Kanan Dume 2. Malibu Canyon 3. Box Canyon and 4. PCH between Malibu and Venice. So Cal Driving at its finest... Nothing like a little sun for the TSX. Weather reports have Saturday at 70 and Sunny. Sounds like driving weather to me...

Congratulations, but generally, the G35 is more superior than the TSX. I know it depends on your needs, but if you're priority was practicality and semi-luxury, the TSX won't dissappoint you.

Yeah I hear you, it was a difficult decision, and what made it so difficult was the fact that the G35 Coupe was selling at invoice. It is my dream car as well, but there were too many factors that made me choose the TSX instead. Gas mileague, maintenance costs (tires and brake pads), insurance, as well as the G35's inferior interior (the TSX interior is just tooo nice), and a difference in cost of about $6k. Maybe in a few years I'll upgrade to the g35 coupe.

Air.......I'm in that situation right now as the owner of an 02 RSX -S. At first I loved the car but have gotten a little tired of a coupe, bouncy ride and engine noise.I'm hoping for a TSX in a month or two.
I'm up here on the Central Coast and know all about those PCH drives........Big Sur etc.
Just Drive.....
