Exclamation !!!Few questions bout LEASE in Canada PLZ help me out!!!

Hey guyz

I'm thinking about leasing 07 TSX Auto without Navi soon.

I've already read all those CDN price posting SOOOOOOOOOO many times so finally I almost remember all those quotes lol.

Anyway, after sending e-mails to dealership in ON, I happened to drop by Acura
Woodbine today and got the leasing quote.

When I tried to get the same figure that you guys got from CDN 2006 deal, the
sales representative told me that he cannot match it b/c there's no more rebate
for 07 model unlike 06 (hard to believe though)

So here's what I got:

Dealer invoice=34406(seen from his file, which is $2994 off from MSRP)
+Protection pkg=410
+He wanna get=800 as his own benefit
+PDI+AIR+GAS TAX=1775(which seems to be higher than advertised)+175
=37566, which seems to be quite higher than all you got from this forum

Based on 4 yr 3.9% lease rate,

I can get $500/mth with 4250 All-inclusive(after deducting $750 graduate rebate
from origianl 5000)

After giving me this quote, he was damn trying to get some deposit as
COMMITMENT WTF lol (of course, I didn't!!!!)

So, what you guys think? I think there is still chance to get better quote from
other dealers from ACURA2000.

Plz help me out here

You might want to invest the small amount of bucks in getting a report from www.carcostcanada.com and use that to back your negotiations. It should list any and all rebates and dealer kickbacks, so you will know the exact profit for the dealer at any given price point, and from there, work out a fair deal.

We used this report for my wifes' car a few years ago and did very well in the negotiations.

There's also a company that pre-negotiates for you, and you just walk in and get a pre-negotiated price from participating dealers, and off you go. No negotiations, no hassle, minimal increase in cost. They are www.APA.ca and the cost is $65 for a full year, and includes 5 quotes. WELL worth the cost, IMO, as $65 on a $35,000+ car is peanuts (not even a tank of premium gas, actually!).

You can get at least $2500 off the MSRP. That was what I was offered for a non-navi auto. If you shop around you should be able to get another $4-500 off that.

Good luck!

Hey There,

I saw that you are looking to purchase a TSX in Canada. I am in Canada, and I have a 2005 in Dark grey, with black interior and I am potentially looking to pass my lease on.

Send me a PM if our interested.
