External Navigation + Radar Detectors
Hey guys...
As you've probably seen, I'm receiving my new TSX in a few days now.
I wanted to get your ideas on whether a Radar detector or GPS system is more important.
I'm getting an 06 RBP 6spd non-NAVI and am moving to an area I don't know at all, so the GPS is essential. Is there enough room in the TSX to mount the GPS on the left side of the driver and to leave the radar detector in the center of the windshield?
Wiring in this instance would be a mess. I've seen some of you guys install your detectors through the mirror wiring and controls way up by the rear view, but I'm not sure I'm technically adept to do that myself. In addition, I just purchased a TomTom Go 300. I'm not sure if this would look decent on the left hand side, or whether or not it'd fit.
Ideas for fitting? Resources for the Tom Tom? Anyone have experiences with this specific device?
Thanks...
