I have to disagree. I flew back home this weekend and drove around in my grandmothers 06 accord 4cyl. All I can say is that it felt great to get back in my TSX. Even though they are close the TSX has so much more to offer.

if you drive the cars back to back (properly, not like a grandma), the character of the two engines could not be more different. Of course, that happens above 4K, and especially above 6K. Maybe H-Freak didn't get into that rev range; most car salesmen don't like seeing kids drive their demos hard...

I test drove the Accord and the TSX on the same night and, as much as the I4 Accord was more financially attractive, the difference in power, handling and the upscale interior of the TSX convinced me this was the right car for me.

This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Unless there was something seriously wrong with the TSX you drove, you would not have rough steering etc.

I've driven alot of cars, and even a tsx on stock rims/tires at 100mph feels damn smooth, one of the smoothest cars I've ever driven.

While I don't (at this stage of my life) support or condone "driving like an idiot with a death wish" you overall point is well taken.

I was, a few years ago, driving one of the first MB 190E's in the country on San Pablo Dam Road between Hiway 24 & 80 in the SF Bay Area. For those who don't know this road let me say that at speed it will definitely hit a 10 on the pucker scale and if you do "go off the road" you could be airborne for more than a few minutes before you find the lake at the bottom of your last adventure. Anyways, I almost T-boned a county-mounty coming from a side road at 60+ mph, mid-twisty. It was then that the spirit of some long dead road race driver took over and showed me what a 4-cyl car with the new (back then) 7-point multilink rear-end suspension (precursor to our very own system) could do under high speed left-right emergency controlled avoidance driving. Then and there I was completely sold on the concept of balance and performance. And yes I did see the whites of the deputy's eyes and no he did not come after me.

Cars are a lot like people. Speed, flash and hype are superficial and transitory. Balance and performance are all about the package. The complete package.

The TSX isn't a fast car but it ABSOLUTELY positively does not drive harsh...

Just wonderingg..Did they change/add anything new to the 07 Tsx that wasnt in the 06?..I've seen the car on the website and didn't notice a difference
