Driver's side front wheel spins when on lift/jack stands?

I changed the oil the other day and had my TSX on jack stands. I noticed that when I turned the engine on (while off the ground on the stands, parking brake engaged, shifter in Neutral) that the driver's side front wheel spins whereas the other 3 wheels remain stationary. Any reason for this? Is this normal?

Yes, it's normal. Because the left side driveshaft on the TSX is the shorter one and has the least resistance. Happens to our Accord Euros as well.

If an LSD was installed, would this still happen?

Yes, until you provided resistance to the spinning wheel - Then the other should engage (if the resistance is lower).

PS I wouldn't try this with your hands...
