Is it me?

Or does the 'c' part seem backwards between the 5AT and 6MT?:dunno:

I got my VIN# for my 6MT and it's CL958.
I hope that my sale guy didn't get me an 5AT.
Can someone confirm this?

It seems right. I ordered a 5AT and my VIn is CL96

You are absolutely correct about how Honda did handle the VIN.

I was merely pointing out that "5AT=6 and 6MT=5" seems strange. If they were going to use a 5 or a 6 in the VIN to indicate the transmission type -- and the car has 5AT and 6MT transmissions -- would it not make "sense" to have 5AT=5 and 6MT=6?

Wait wait wait. You can get a TSX in Canada without a side curtain airbag? How do i know if i have the airbag? Is this an option i should have bought? Whassup wit dat, yo?:pimpgrin:

Look at your A and C pillars near where they meet the roof. You should see "side curtain airbag" if you have them.

The Canadian models come with side bags ... It's NOT an option.
