DICE R3 Navi(No XM) installation?

Hi,

Just received my DICE R3 and can't wait to install this. I have a 04 Navi (No XM). Can I install this by only taking out the storage console? or would I have to remove the navi head unit also... I've done some searching but did not find any detailed information on how to remove the storage console or the nav unit. It would be great if someone can post that up hopefully with some pics would be great.

No text is fine. So, are you saying I don't need to remove the nav unit to install any wires?

no you don't.

It's very simple. Check out the Audio section.

Easy install it took me less than 10 minutes to do the whole thing. Good luck with your install mate, BTW you'll that unit it is by far the best Ipod integration kit for the TSX.

Went home and took out the cd console. found out the socked where the dice is suppose to connect to is occupied. Un-hooked the wire and connected the dice and it worked like a charm, but navi didn't work... Seems like previously connected wire is for navi.. do i need to purchase the "Y" cable?

Thank you,

Yes you needed to buy the R4 cable to go along with your kit. I just looked at :value=2004&Product_Attributes[2]:value=TSX]Dice's website and they sell it for $20. That cable is needed if you have either factory Navi or XM but since you have an 04 you only have Navi and do require that cable. Hope that helps you out.
