Dealers in Tampa Fl (or near by...)

Similar to everyone else, looking to make my TSX deal within the next (7 to 14) days. The local Tampa Fl dealerships seem ok but I am new to the area with no experienced with any of them. Anyone knows about Crown or Burmen in the Tampa Bay area? Any positive dealings with others close by, see a few FL dealers on the Threads but most are a little far to drive. Any information is VERY much appreciated? Thanks Chuck

I think you mean Ferman Acura instead of Burmen. Ferman will give you a good price (via internet), but the Ocala dealer (Buchanan Jenkins) will give you a slightly better price to start. You also have a dealer in Lakeland (Regal Acura) , Clearwater (Crown Acura) , and Sarasota (Gettel Acura). Use all of them against each other to get the best price.

Let us know how it works out.

Yes, you were correct Ferman, a visit with them was not well received. Salesman barley wanted to chat much less discuss the value of his customer. May try them again on another day. Is this the usually outcome of a Ferman visit??? Also visited with Crown and Buchanan Jenkins which were very positive experiences but neither do much more 750 to 1k off MSRP. Since I plan to search for a few more days I will see where I end up. Anybody have exp with Regal or Gettel? Thanks for the info. CG/EB/AT with NAV search continues…

Crown Acura is a great dealer. I have bought two Acuras from them.

My experience with furman was poor and i walked out of there.

Went to crown and they were extremely easy to work with. I got a pretty good deal on my lease

Bought mine from Gettel...easy to deal with and great experience. Played them against 3 other dealers and they matched my lowest price. Their inventory on TSX is low and did not have what I wanted so the car actually came from Crown Acura in Clearwater so I had to pay a dealer fee. Otherwise they would have waived the dealer fee.

It was 2 months ago but they had a CG/Ebony/AT/NAV in stock. I bought SS/Ebony/AT/NAV.

From what I have read so far, even with the dealer fee, I still got a great deal. Germain Naples was also another dealer willing to match my price.

I would highly recommend Crown Acura in Clearwater which is where I bought mine. The salesperson was Daniel Morris and this young guy really exceeded my expectations. I was pretty much set to sign on the dotted line for a different make car but this guy is not only professional, polite, but very knowledgeable. My experience has been I generally know more about the models I'm looking at than the sales folks but I give him high marks in knowing his product. He and the dealer experience convinced me to buy the TSX.

He handled a dealer trade to get the model I wanted, offered a fair price, fair trade allowance, and some discounts for accessories (fogs/spoiler).

I've been to Crown for service on 2 occaisions and the experience has been great.
