Dealer Now Accepting Deposit For 2005
I just spoke to my local dealer; they told me they are now accepting deposit for 2005. He's not sure the changes and the pricing. Here are his guesses: LED taillights, power rear sunshade and parking sensor. In his words, the first one is arriving by late August. Can someone confirm that?
Thanks in advance.

Don't be fooled.. "deposit" is a way for dealers to make you come back to them when you are buying a car.
My dealer was telling me that I can put down a deposit for an 05 last month. Also some other users were saying 05 is coming in October (which sounds a bit late). As for what features are going to be added... we can't rely on what the dealer saids. I read in other posts that dealers are "guessing" XM and passenger seat power control.
I think one thing that is going to change on the TSX in next 3 years is the headlight. Headlight (the amber section is not attractive). Tail lights will probably get an "amber" or "clear" portion in it like the RSX. we'll see.. I'm guessing nothing will really change for 05 except making it more "stable."

Yeah, if I were betting on changes for 05, they would be purely trim-based, they would all retrofit to 04 because no sheet metal would be involved, probably new wheels, and possibly MP3 on the Cd player. Possibly.
Oh... wondering about XM support too.

But with the addition of LED lights and blah blah blah bla-ever the dealer claims, wouldn't the sticker price for the TSX be higher than the 04?
Here's my guess. They'll make the 05 exactly the same as the 04, but with more options availabilities the customers can choose from.

LED taillights would be pretty nice. I dont know if they would add to much standard stuff to keep the preice relativley similar, but what do i know haha.

Power passenger seat should be an easy drop in since the RHD cars have it. Involves routing 1 new cable with an off the shelf seat (from markets like Australia and such) . Probably a DIY for people interested letting their passengers have power seats.

i think they would do some exterior revisions in 2006, only cause that's what they did to 98-00 accords and 99-01 TL, the tailights were the same, but in 01, the Accord sedan had a little diff tailights and the 02 TL had different rims and tailights too.
maybe they'll add an option for body side molding for 2005? i might get some molding so that I won't be as paranoid, but still will park the car far.

Hey, I also saw a Blue 2004 NSX, AND a red 360 Spyder down there .
