Here is a preview of the route. Feel free to print your own copy if you'd like, but I will bring additional copies with me just to make sure everyone has one. It's pretty easy to follow and flows through a lot of countryside.

Approximate drive time is 1.5 hours. Please make sure you have sufficient gas. There is a BP station at the meeting point.

If anyone has questions or would like my cell number, please PM me.

Look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday.

wish I could have made it, but I have to go back on travel this week for work. Anybody interested in Summit Point High Performance Driving event August 26 and 27th? Look at the NASA racing page for details.

Pics are up

Enjoy the pics guys. I had a great time on this meet and cruise, we need to make this a regular thing every few months. What do you all think? My favorite moment was Reach leading us into the dust bowl . Enjoy!

My car somehow magically cleaned itself up when i got back home

Nice pictures. I await a nice scolding from my Asian parents. Oh noes =] Let's try to avoid these "dust bowls" next time. I took my car to one of those stupid car washes at the garage, and faired out pretty well. Nice seeing everyone there. =]

Thanks for posting your pics up, Chris. And yeah, thanks Reach for leading us down the road less traveled .

I'll have pics up later today and hopefully we'll see more from others.

Thanks to all who made it out today. For the first cruise we've had, it was pretty good. We've found a few areas where things can be improved so when we do the AcuraZine wide one in a few month's time, we'll be better prepared.

For anyone attending the larger cruise next weekend, please share your experience from this week's cruise to help ensure that things run smoothly for them.

It wasn't planned, but Reach made the impromptu decision to go down that way.

Yes, Yes, it was all my fault.

But seriously... this makes me think the navi needs an icon for 'dirt road'... cause it looked like a nice detour along the river on screen... This is where I do my best Han Solo impression and go "Its not my fault!"

To make up for it, you can all kick dirt on my car at the next meet, and I promise I'll wash it first so you feel like you're getting back at me. Thanks again for coming everyone, and someone else can lead next time.

Damn...I need to make sure you get one of our phone numbers next time. We actually were probably still in the area since we relocated momentarily to take pictures.

Man I remember, on the way back, I almost had a close call with an oncoming Durango. *Phew* The roads were a bit narrow, and I was following the car in front of me, and since he moved to the side, I did the same, but the Durango dude, honked at me like crazy -___-;;
