Hey, I didn't see any formal announcement, so somebody's gotta do it! --

Fair enough on the no new formal announcement :-)
But yeah ... Schalliol brings a wealth of knowledge to the table on audio and electronics and was willing to help manage the section and (as you can see) write up some nice FAQ's. I imagine he and e_lectro will be chatting a ton
