Compact or midsize?

Question Compact or midsize?

How do you classify your Acura TSX? Compact or midsize sedan?

The question is interesting 'cause TSX is bigger than Civic but smaller than USDM Accord...

Personally I think its too big to be considered compact.

I'd say it's a small mid-size. I've seen it classified both as compact and mid-size though, it's kinda in between IMO.

I consider it more of a midsize, but on the window sticker it says compare to cars classified as compact.

I agree with small midsize. Four adults can fit reasonably comfortably in it. When I think of a compact I only think of two adults and two kids being able to fit comfotably.

Its a mid-sized. Cant be considered a compact as that's what the Honda Fit is. Th USDM accord i consider as a full-sized car.

Thanks everyone for their opinions. Personally, I chose TSX 'cause IS250 was too small and TL was too big (Goldilocks and three bears, anyone?). And the beautifully scuplted body of TSX...oh man!

Depends on which part of the world u live in hehehehe.
here i consider large.

But in the US, i would think in between compact and mid size.

its raelly hard to say. I thought the smart cars (fortwo and forfour) might be a subcompact.

The fit is quite roomy in the rear.....

I'd say it's midsized...either that, or I'm not willing to park in a compact parking spot to risk door dings lol
