Clips holding rubber pieces under the hood..........

There are 2 pieces of thin rubber on the underside of the front of the hood. On those pieces of rubber, there are about 5 or 6 clips holding it to the hood.

My question is it normal for some of the clips to be able to come out easily? The first 2 on the right side and the first 2 on the left side that can be very easily popped out.

What about you guys?

colder weather can make all kinds of weather stripping prone to this. It happens often, just push them back in.

What I did was I also put some double sided all weather tape so it wont hang anymore.

Here is a pic of how easy it was to pull it off. clips seemed like they werent even there. The other clips are secure.

The clips could be worn a tad, a new piece of weather stripping would be covered under warranty still.
