Exclamation Change in ownership

My dad bought a car this weekend and put it in his name. I want to change the ownership to my name (he knows about it). How do I go about it? Is it complicated?

The car is a Toyota Prius. The reason for the change is that he has no income; therefore, doesn't pay income taxes. With the car in my name, I can use the hybrid car deduction in my federal taxes in 2006, worth about $2,000! It's worth the trouble, I think.
