Is Carbon Gray Hard color to Match/Blend?

OK, so because of this deer the shop will have to repaint the entire front of the car, and blend into the doors. I am worried that the paint won't be exactly right. Or, that over time the factory paint may fade/age differently then the other.

The outside color is important to me. I waited 1 1/2 months for Carbon Gray, and now I am worried that the paint will be screwed. The shop I have was recommended by the dealer and my insurance co., so they have to be good....ah well, just venting my frustration.

Easier to blend and touch up than satin silver metallic.
