Can't get my XM radio id number...

Got a TSX about a month ago and i can't get the radio to go to channel 0. Anybody had this problem and if so what did you do?

Is your XM Mode set to Category? If so, try switching from Category to Channel.

Got it to come up my turning the tune knob as soon as i hit XM therefore preventing the XM preview from starting.
