In cabin Injen CAI sound clip

Does anyone have one? Yes I have searched and searched, I found one, but the audio quality was so so. I don't care too much what it sounds like from outside, its mainly the cabin noise that worries me.

Thanks in advance.

On a side note, while doing my research, I came across this sound clip of a Type-S RSX going through the gears. He supposedly only has an Injen CAI. I say supposedly only because of how fast it goes through the gears.

You need to be registered on this site to hear the clip:

Anyway, It sounds REALLY nice. Your thoughts?

I'm very interested in this question as well. I would like some performance mods, but I want to retain the stock feel inside the cabin, and the noise level is a big part of that.

Mods are almost always going to come with a sound increase. Any kind of intake, CAI or SRI, is going to really change the way your car sounds. It WILL be louder in the cabin; there is no way to get around the sound if you want a CAI or SRI. However, you can go with the Comptech Icebox which would be quieter than a CAI or SRI, but will not get nearly the same gains as a CAI. But don't be turned off by the loudness of an intake. It is a VERY pleasing sound and becomes very addicting when you truly experience the VTEC crossover for the first time.

You should only hear a minimal change in ambient sound during steady cruising. It'll only be loud when the engine is under heavy load (>5000RPM), which isn't bad since it gives the TSX a more gutsy sound. Are you also swapping out your exhaust?
