I too have a minor phobia of the rain, of course I also totalled my previous car in the rain, but it was also due to the shitty roads I was on too.

I don't recommend a double major, unless its something supertechnical, you're better off just going for your masters.

well I want to do the graphic design portion of webdesign but dont want to take all the actual drawing classes. plus still have a background in doing the programming in flash and what not. The other option is I might just keep my IT major and take as many computer graphic and typography courses that I can.

Yea, well i wouldn't be certified in CA anyway, your engineers have a VERY different PE test than out here in PA, NJ, and DE. We don't have to know earthquakes and such.....I sure could try though, but i wouldn't trust it...lol

well it never hurts to stay out of the real world as much as possible. I wouldn't be going back again, but I'm having a hard time finding decent work in my field, even with a Masters degree (undergrad was in Poly Sci and Masters in Public Administration). So that's why I figured its better to go back and get my JD as well.

Plus I don't want to be the office supply nazi for much longer... although the pay is decent since I'm in IT.

You would be surprised. Im a structural engineer, so we HAVE to be managed and have ALL of our work put through quality assurance requirements. this is done so that a building/bridge/structure doesn't fall down and then we get sued and loose everything! NOT cool, and especially with this society being sue happy today, no telling what will happen!
