Box O Honda stuff - Euro R petals

So my petals came in the mail today, I got them from JDMland, now before you go off on the "why not from an A-zine vendor" I tried but they didn't have them in stock so yeah, they came in about 4 days and paid 210 shipped. note he sent them out the same day

Honda parts bags that everything i get from Honda seems to come in.

Why the parts cost what they do,

Dead petal location

USDM dead petal and JDM dead petal mount in different locations ill have to fabricate something to make it fit, Anyone with suggestions your welcome to give them, but ill probably just have a bracket made at work.

Ill probably do an install thread but not today, for some reason i have the fecal touch today.

Figured out why ccc hockey Inverted his dead petal, the diff shape of the JDM petal leaves some of the carpet cut-out visible inverting it covers it, I might still mount it the right way if making a bracket doesn't take forever.

Oh and the mounting brackets that come on the gas petal assembly don't match the USDM application so ill have to use my USDM brackets. Turns out this is not a direct bolt on mod some fairly easy fabrication is needed to make them fit.

I went a slightly different route, I positioned the petal where i wanted it on top of the oem one, Then cut away the excess so that you can only see the OE dead petal where i needed to cover the cut out in the carpet.

Didn't want to cut the new petals.

JDM DP actually clips into the holes

Trimmed away all excess

Ill probably start the install tomorrow.
