Bottomed Out! (PLEASE HELP)

So I was coming home from a concert and I parked on a grass feild, when I was leaving it was raining pretty bad. I was driving off the grass and on to the road when i went off a curb and heard a mettalic clunk sound. I was going very very slow and i had stopped right before i went over the curb. Can anyone give me any idea of what kind of damage if any I am looking at. Also, I have the car dropped on Tein basics about 2 inchs of the ground in the front (about 2 fingers can fit in the wheel well) and higher in the back don't know exactly how much. So if anyone can give me a guesstamite I would appreciate it. Thanks! Oh yea after i heard the clunk and started driving again there were no grinding sounds and also the car seems to be driving fine. Any help would be greatly appericated!

I bottomed out at the end of the winter, hitting a crappy patch job after the city had to dig to repair the water main. I had my car inspected, and the only damage was to the underside of the bumper cover, the side of the bumber cover (cracked where it meets the quarter panel), as well as some scrapes on the exhaust system. Mechanically, i didn't sustain any damage. I ended up suing the city, and settled out of court for 70% of the cost of the damage. I had a good case, but couldn't really afford the time to get them to small claims court.

Good luck, I hope you didn't damage anything.

There are alot of covers underneath the car... make sure nothing is missing, you have a warranty... put in the stock suspension and take it to the dealer

Warranty has nothing to do with damage caused by the user regardless stock parts or not. This type of action is why so many dealers deny legitimate warranty claims because people are trying to cheat the system and ruining it for the rest of us.

Shop or Strauss

Thanks for all the info. Im pretty sure there was no real damage but im gonna have the shop check it out when i get my camber angle kit put on. Off topic but should i get my camber angle kit put on at a shop that took them 3 times to get my Tein basics put on right or should i just take it to Strauss.
