Looking for input from those who have taken their TSX in for service. Which dealership provide you the best service and turn around time.

And did they provide a loaner car?

i bought my car from steven's creek acura in san jose. nice people, fairly quick service, free car wash included, and provided me with a free rental because i had to go to work. not bad, i'd say?

 

Stevens Creek Acura's sales rep surprised me. I'm use to so many moron sales reps that just ramble on with complete crap. But this guy just kept throwing me facts after facts.. Good job on Stevens Creek.. at least for that one dealer.

 

What was your rep's name? I went there a couple of weeks ago, and was shocked. I bunch of dudes in Auto Nation polo shirts were just sitting around looking bored out of their skulls.

In a way it was nice, because I was able to check out the cars at length without being hassled. But I've never seen a more apathetic bunch ever--I'm used to sales reps basically pouncing on me.

Is this new, that Stevens Creek Acura is owned by Auto Nation?
