I was wondering how long a battery would last without a recharge if i had just the interior lights on?

What do you mean by "last"? Do you mean how long will the battery keep the interior lights on, or to a point that it doesn't have enough power to start the car? If the battery is drained down to less than ~10v during cranking, the car won't start.
