I have both cars so I am a bit of an "expert". I think it would be real close in a drag race but the stock RX-8 is a better handling car. The TSX gets better gas mileage the rotaries engine big weakness.

there was a japanese gentleman in his early 60's that i met two weeks ago. he worked for NEC for nearly 20 years before switching to another company (oops, forgot the name). we talked about many things and one of those things is the rx-8. this is what he exactly said to me, "i'd rather own a mazda rx-8 than a benz." he went on to say that the rx-8's rotary engine is superb, and it'll be his next car. car enthusiasts who know about rotary engine should know how great it is. obviously, i told him i know nothing about it.

on a side note, one of the reasons japanese automobiles are the best in the world is because the employees give 120% to their employer. japanese workers take so much pride in their job that they work OT for free. i asked him why? he said because they want their company to prosper every year. when the company does well, each employee gets bonuses and incentives. it was quite an enjoyable and pleasant conversation i had with the gentleman.

No, Dan is just one of many People I've already lured to becoming a Canon Digicam owner. In fact, my mind tricks caused him to upgrade from an A70 to the Dig Rebel.

Now he's out about 2K on lenses

the RL is a bad ass machine...main reason im getting a TSX is because it's an accord. i love accords. i love my 6th gen, and the only way i can have a true 7th gen is to buy a TSX and convert it. which i cant wait to do cuz the car is beautiful. im just waitin for the 06 power bump and somebody to release a super charger to take care of the power issues..cuz the thing in stock form is pretty slow...i could outrun a stock auto TSX (probably the 6 speed too) in my 6th gen accord, and my Si. that's the only reason i considered the TL. if im gonna buy a new car i want something faster than what im driving now. but the TSX is the accord and it is a road race monster so i gotta get one
