So I'm 18 and retarded and I was going on 85 south through College Park at about 12:30am and there weren't many people on the road so I was cruising. I was doing 70ish through the turns and then if there weren't any cops on the straights I was going 75-80. Well there was a cop hiding under a bridge and he got me doing 78 in a 55. He got me from about 800ft, but I didn't see his car initially because it was in the shadows. How likely is it that I could get the violation reduced from 23 over to 14 over? Any other tips? I don't mind paying a higher fine, I'd just like to avoid the insurance hike.
