Anyone have Sirius in their TSX?
Hey all, I have Sirius in my Accord...it's in the Sunglass holder as a Kenwood controller.
We had Sirius in the old Mitsu.
My problem is I want to install Sirius in our TSX, but I don't know where to put the controller or a plug-n-play nit. I'm up for any install ideas...I left the old Sirius setup in the Mitsu I didn't want to yank it out.
I've seen some installs of the old Kenwood Plug and play in the console under the radio, but I love that storage spot I'd hate to waste it by shoving in a controller.
We have an 04, I know the 05's are XM ready but we really prefer Sirius, we have had it installed for some time in all of our cars and I'd really like to stay with that service.

There are install pics in the AV section on Kenwood Sirius controllers in the sunglass holder (search should reveal them). I was suspicious of the a pillar trim but it was apparently not an issue.

I'm thinking I'd like a change for the TSX I just can't find a better setup and the wife won't allow my typical Sunglass holder install. And hacking the dash trays apart is out on my book I love the storage. I wanted to do a PNP on a bracket to the side of the dash but she ruled that out too for looks.
Not sure what I'm going to do yet?
I also want to do a Dension install for my iPod too so I may need to consult an audio shop for better ideas. The wife wants to use the sunglass holder for get this..sunglasses.

Just had the sirius sportster model installed in my 04 TSX yesterday 
Looks great. Theres a kit you can buy not the car kit its like a clamp that attaches to the side of the middle compartment the one ontop of this is not an ashtray. If you give me a day and want to know I can get you more info on the piece. Looks great and you dont have to worry about losing any compartments or storage space

it was actually easy. it is just mde out of ABS plastic wrapped in grille cloth. you will have to cut out the whole "not an ashtry" piece, leaving just the top and a functioning door.
