Anyone have an Apexi power intake (or just know about it)??
Its the system that comes with the stainless steel tube and filter. I was wondering if it changes the engine noise very much.
Its either this or the K&N OEM filter replacement (I'm too lazy to install a CAI).
BTW: i searched the forum and one guy said it makes a whistling sound, but there are few observations on the forum regarding this.

I have it, fitment is excellent, noticeable gains in lowend power, you don't hear it if you are just crusing around town but if you give it heavy throttle it's VERY LOUD. Don't get me wrong it sounds very mean but if you're looking to not get noticed under heavy throttle this isn't the intake for you.
