Any of you TSXers leasing them?

I just got my TSX back from warranty work, and the dealer let me know about a lease offer on the 2007s for crazy cheap (sub $280@month). My only concern, is I want to end the lease when the new TSX comes out without penalty, and I own my 04 so its modded, Im not sure if I can deal with not modding a car for 3 years. I know I can always add stuff like wheels and then take them off. Just curious if any of you leasing know if you can terminate early without a penalty (I didnt have time to ask the sales manager today)

I would dig getting the newer Navi, as I have had my ECU replaced twice now on my 04 Navi. Any thoughts?

Terminating a lease early can be painful, so you should consider buying or getting a shorter lease (24 months).

In some cases leases can be very convenient, specially if the manufacturer is providing additional incentives such as high residuals and low money factors (interests). When leasing you should keep in mind that you should not put any money down (even if the dealer is trying to get you to do it so that your monthly payment is lower) and that you can also negotiate the "capitalized cost" or "purchase price" just like if you were buying the car.
