Any Good Tint Shops in Queens, New York?
Hi guys, summer is coming and I'm thinking about tinting the car. Anyone know a quality tint shop in queens, (or NYC) that carries ceramic tint AND will also install it with felt (to prevent scratching)? I have a navi, so I'd prefer ceramic over metallic, or does it NOT matter? Also, what is the LEGAL percentage in NYC: 5, 10, 15... or 35?
Any comments would be helpful, thanks in advance.

I got my tint from a place in Great Neck, LI (not far from Bayside) called The Tint Shop (across the street from Biener Audi / Nissan). They did great work and used the felt to prevent scratching. I had a small bubble that I noticed about a month later and they replaced the tint, no questions asked.
I'm not sure of the tint laws in NY, but I have 20% all around except the windsheild and I've never had a problem.

in NY your not supposed to have any tints on your front windows that inlcuded driver and pasenger side windows. the backs dont matter. they na be what ever you would like. with 20 cops dont mind plus ur in queens and long island in westchester they rape me. so far ive gotten 4 tickets 3for tints and one for these lisecne plate covers i have they have a slight tint to them.
