another former TSX owner defects....
...over to....normal regular old Honda. tee hee. just picked up a new S2000 yesterday for a fantastic price, and boy, is it fun to drive. 1/4 of the space and near-luxury of the TSX, but it more than makes up for it in power, handling, and overall driving.
fannnnntastic. can i still go to TSX meets in the DC area?

it's a car-drive it
congrats to you and your new car. while my tsx was being serviced I was looking at your car's twin. I must say it is awesome and it would look great sitting next to my red tsx but not practicle for me at this time. the dealer I take my tsx to sells both acuras and hondas.

Hate to see some TSX owners go, but the part-outs are a good opportunity for new owners to pick up tried and true mods for a good price.
Enjoy the S2000.

Make a hole, coming thru!
Congrats, OP. A coworker has one, a pre-owned, and gave me a short lift from an off-site meeting to the office, it reminded me so much of my '77 MGB I almost cried.
I was pleased that when I called my salesperson and said, "Oh, I almost forgot, please DO NOT put a dealer sticker on the vehicle before I pick it up," he replied, "We don't do that." Gotta love Acura (or that dealer) for that.
Dunno about others, but I found an orangewood stick (used for manicures) are superb for removing dealer stickers.

by the way, i'm really surprised that the turn-in on the S2000 isn't faster; it seems almost identical to the TSX. that said, it's more nicely weighted and definitely more direct with more road feel.
i definitely miss my navigation system, the sound system (it blows in the S2000), and the trunk space....the new one is tiny but it fits my acoustic guitar in its massive hard case. one thing i like the most about the new car is that it tracks perfectly straight at highway speeds, whereas my TSX would kind of wander around slightly. it was subtle, but definitely noticeable. i'm pretty sure it wasn't just my TSX, because other owners and reviewers noticed it.
anyway, you all probably knew all of that. i still recommend the TSX to others, esp over the TL because of exterior styling (TL looks like a Pontiac in the rear) and torque steer in the TL.
