How often do you change your cars airfilter ?

A honda dealer once tried to get me to change mine out of my 04 accord at 15k miles. their maintenance schedule had a few things "added" to it that wasn't int he owners manual. But the advisor told me that he didn't have it changed because the tech said it still looked clean. So i ended up changing it at 30k. But i guess it depends on your area. I dont really go into dirt roads either.
