I got mine from dealerfit.com, was the cheapest price I could find them online. Have ordered from Handa in the past, no problems but they weren't the cheapest.
No problems with dealerfit, and they let me return the splash guards and paid for the return shipping, when they sent me the wrong ones(for 04-06 TSXs), turns out the 07-08's were different, but their site had only one entry listed that fit all year models. Great customer service, even though it was their fault they could have said too bad to me since it was 2 weeks after I got them delivered.

I believe that starting in 06, the rear passenger side mat got a hole in it for an anchor to go through. Otherwise, no differences.

I actually use my fabric mats year-round. Don't like rubber mats. When they get nasty, they'll be demoted to winter mats and I'll pick up a new set of fabric mats for the other three seasons.
