Acura TLC
Dear,
I have a question regarding acura TLC. Is that free to have them come if our car has a trouble? My car still under warranty though, so I am wondering about it

Let me help you!
It's a concierge service. You can book tickets through them, make reservations, etc. They are also the ones that provide roadside assistance. I think they do very simple things, such as towing your car to a dealer, get you gas, etc. I don't think you can use it to tow your car to a specific place, nor can you use it for someone else's car.
I think new Acura's are automatically registered in the system. They probably use your VIN number or something.
I think there's a time limit on it though. It was either 2 years or 4 years I think. I mean, if they allowed lifetime membership, imagine how many acura owners there'll be in 2 years, 5 years, 10 years...
If you're ever in trouble, give them a call first. If they can't do it for free, then you can use your AAA or something (save it for your other cars if possible).

TLC coverage is for the first 4 years of the car. Extended warranty programs through Acura can also extend the length of service sometimes.
My experience with TLC is that you call the number and they can handle anything from helping you with driving directions to requesting a tow truck. Tow trucks and road side assistance are contracted out in different parts of the country. A tow to your nearest Acura dealer is free (or in some cases, your nearest Acura repair center).

I've had to use TLC twice so far, both times when my battery died. The first time (it was 4am) they got one of the local towing companies to come boost me. The tow truck came within 40 minutes.
The second time, I asked to be towed to the nearest dealer (5 miles away) so that they can replace my battery. Neither time I was charged, since I am still within warranty period.
If Im not mistaken, TLC is good for as long as your warranty is.
