Acura Monopoly in Utah
I am new to the community and I love it. tons of great info.
I live in Utah. Only a few dealers in town. Therefore, I may not get as good of a deal as I may in another state with more dealers. I want to take advantage of the surplus of 2004 TSXs as the 2005 come out.
I am selling my 99TL and can funnel the sale of it though a friend’s dealership to take advantage of the sales tax benefit on my next purchase (looks like a trade-in)
Could my dealer friend have the car wholesaled to him from another dealership (would a dealer want to do that?)
If I were to buy out of state would I still be able to take advantage of the sales tax benefit?
How could something like this work dealing with two dealerships?
Anyone had any GREAT success dealing with a dealer somewhere in or near Utah. I would likely drive the car back home so as to not pay freight and lose the money I may save by going out of state.

If you buy it from Jody Wilkinson, they give you free lifetime oil changes and free loaners when the car is being serviced. Plus, they throw in the trunk tray, mud guards, and wheel locks no charged. The down side is that they have less cars than Mike Hale. It takes Hale Acura 4 wks to get the car while it took Wilkinson Acura over 3 months! The up side is that they have much better service, IMO.
