Thumbs down Acura of Manhattan

Sales Representatives are fine.

The technicians however, is a different story. They are not punctual, they portray a sense of indifference, and their service is horrible. I waited 90 minutes for my first oil change and didn't even get a free car wash. When asked why my TSX wasn't washed, one of the technician replied, "oh, you have to wait an extra 30 minutes if you want one".

Ugh, bad experience.

I bet missing that wash saved you the expense of having to remove the swirl marks later on down the road. I always ask that the service or make-ready monkeys NOT detail my car. Sorry to hear about the poor service though. It is sickening to hear this about so many Acura dealerships.

I bought my Silver Acura TSX there end of Dec. In a few weeks when the new shine / gloss is gone, I noticed miniscule chips on the beltline. If you follow the line, there were chips from the front fender, the front passenger side door and the back fender. It looks like it was painted on so I'm not so sure now if my car is really new. Aarrgghhh.

90 minutes for an oil change? Geez. Next time tell them to just give you the oil for you can do it yourself.BS BSBSBSBBSBSBBS

Manhattan Acura Experiences

Hi:
I just got off the phone with Manh Acura and they have the car I want at about the same lease price as the other dealers I spoke with. Anyone else have any experience with them - good or bad?
