Acura eStore

anyone ever made purchase on Acura's eStore ?

for something i want to be installed by dealer, I wonder if the price quoted is really gonna be so:

well before eStore I called a few dealers to get an idea...and Service quoted quite a bit higher than what eStore shows.

I think they will honor the estore price.

I think in order to be an eStore dealer you must accept the terms and price.

I'd give it a try, and make sure the quote is valid before you drop off the car.

Funny...I just got a letter from my CC company letting me know that they were honoring my dispute against my dealer on having fogs and splash guards installed at the time of purchase. I paid for this the night that I bought my car and was not paying attention to the bill with all of the other paperwork going on. Long story short...I got hosed on the charges. I griped to the dealership GM and on up to the owner of the dealer (a smuck who has commericals telling how wonderful their dealerships are). I got nowhere and even was told that I should be happy b/c my deal was so good on the car.

So, I sent the documentation of the prices for this dealer on the Acura Estore (lower than I was charged) and compared them to my bill. I got the letter today informing me that I was given back the money

I will NEVER go back to the old dealership except to take advantage of their 24K mile free maint. It is so damned silly b/c this dealership has lost my patronage and I'll be sure to share my disgust with them....all over 300 bucks
