Acura dealers in New York City area
I'm just about to buy a TSX (I live in Brooklyn) and I'm wondering about any experiences members have had with either Paragon Acura or Acura of Manhattan. Both are offering good prices (around $25,600, automatic, with everything included but taxes) but I'm curious about their service, customer relations, etc.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I bought from Acura of Manhattan back in Sept '03.... the sales guy was very nice, offered a good price. Overall experience was good...except I had to deal with the finance department a few times to straighten out the interest rates....
Service, I only went back for a paint chip problem, which the service manager was pretty nice about, and they touched it up free of charge (tho the quality wasn't what I had expected, but they contract that to a local paint shop). I thought the service manager was pretty hot, btw....maybe it's jsut me

I got my '01 CL-S from Paragon Acura. I returned the lease in '03.
The sales dept was ok.
As far as service, nothing but good experiences and I liked the fact you didn't need to make an appointment. The service reps were "usually" knowledgeable and well informed.

thanks
Thanks for your replies. I find it very interesting that at both places there seems to be a pronounced disinterest in making the sale. Sales people rarely return phone calls or e-mails and have the attitude that they couldn't care less. Is this because there's no commission?
