Hi folks,

Anybody received any good deals in the New Jersey area (south/central) on a new TSX? Or is there a good dealer to work with?

I am tryin to get a TSX near/close to invoice since it seems the car is in for a redesign relatively soon.

Acura of Ocean seems to work with you on price. I got my CPO TSX there.

I bought my 06 TSX from Sussman (now Elite 1) Acura in Maple Shade (M/S) last April. I contacted several dealers in SJ and the Phila area and got their best prices (vehicle + some accessories I wanted). The M/S salesman brought my offer to his manager, saying, "... this is the price Turnersville will give him, can we match it?" They said yes. Two interesting things:

1. Turnersville wasn't the lowest price (Davis in Langhorne, PA was), but I'm think Turnersville is their closest/major competition, so maybe the salesman knew if he mentioned that dealer to the manager, he wouldn't want to lose a sale to them.

2. M/S kept the price of all their accessories the same (basically list), but then dropped the price of the car to match the total best price.

I also shopped at both Turnersville and Elite Acura, but I actually ended up getting the best deal at Piazza Acura over in PA. I just didnt like the sales guy at Elite Acura and Turnersville was trying to give me a car with 4,000 miles for the same price as a new one at Piazza. Plus the sales lady at Piazza was awesome and that was the only dealer that had the color I wanted with navi. It was worth the extra drive and whenever I need service I can still take it over to Elite.

I JUST bought my CPOed acura from Acura of Ocean, in Asbury. They gave me the best deal.

If you haggle them enough, you can get a BRAND NEW '06 for around 24,6.

I ended up passing that deal and went with the 05 6spd navi...black on black..for a price i couldn't refuse.
