Accord Euro-R
Japan only so far, it has 217 hp and a kit, lowering. Reports say it will not come to Europe. The name is "Euro-R" not Type-R.
It was in my Euro magazine "EVO" I'll try to post more later.

This is the Japanese Accord Euro-R.
The Accord Euro-R has been out for several years starting with the previous model. The birth of the Accord Euro-R was because in the European market, there was an Accord Type-R.
Here is a pic of the European market Accord Type-R.

whats your point???
Your point is???
It's on sale in Japan but sources say little chance coming to the U.K or Europe. It is a marketing push to move the new Accord upmarket but U.K Honda is promoting te Civic Type-R.
THey like it, deeper bumpers, mesh grill, 17"wheels, kicks out 217bhp and 192lbs torque. It has stiffer springs, dampers, bushes and anti-roll bars. Inside, Momo wheel, Recaro sears, metal gear knob.

the k20a produces about 152 just like the k20a2. Must have been a messed up conversion from kw.
Now the k24a2 is a different story. Weve had dynos with just an intake hitting 162lb ft. With a hondata setup you might well be able to get 170+ at the wheels which isn't bad at all for a 2.4.
