It'll look alright, but you have a light interior so it won't look as dark from the outside. I have a 1998 Integra with a light interior and it doesn't do it for me. That's why I'm going to get a Black/Black TSX so that when I do put on 35% all around, it'll look darker.

35% isn't really that dark especially with a lighter colored interior. You will probably wish you had gone darker once you get it. I had 5% on my last car and it was pretty dark. So on my TL-S (blk/blk) I went with 15% and I love it.

Oh in that case, it should be ok I think. What's your legal limit? If its 35% then you might as well keep it legal and it should be fine.

What's the fun in having legal tint?

LOL, I know, I know, but then you're going to have to find a place that will ignore the tint during inspection and you have the risk of getting pulled over by a cop and getting ticketed and forced to remove the tint and get legal tint. A hassle that I would like to avoid. You could tint the front passenger windows at 35% and then the rest at a lower percentage. That's an option.

I put 35% on my CG '05...the color blends terrific with the TSX paint, but I wish I went darker in the back window just for practicality.

I have pwp and i had 35% tints all around on my car 4 days after i got it and a week later of all places a half block from my house i get pulled over. I pretended I didnt know anything about it and I got a warning so I went back to the place and tinted the front 50% I feel less paranoid when cops are around, but I really miss the 35% in the front

I bet for pwp, 20% is the best bet. BUT since I own CG, i went with 35%. I somewhat believe CG is a mysticc color(changes color due to lights) so, 20% would've look kinda dull on mine.. i think

For me its not really practicality, I'm wondering if it would make the fronts look darker or if it would look awkward having the fronts be 35% and the rears 20%. Do people have pics of this combo?

Depends on where you live. I think Cali doesn't even let you have tint.

What's the limit here in Taxachusetts? This is one of those things on my list for when the weather gets good.

personally, i think 35 is not dark enough. I mean, in NY, when the sun isant out, my 20's, look like 5 percents, but when the sun is out, it looks like 50's at times. I recommend 5's to everyone.

35%

I have this on my Integra and its alright. It would of been better if I had a dark interior but I have a light interior so it doesn't look as dark. You can also do 35% in the fronts to keep it legal and then darken the rear windows however you like.

I will most likely tint my windows within a month after I pick it up so you can come check it out after I get it done.

I put 5 % on my MSM. It looks good. I will see if I can take some pics of it. I find that here in jacksonville florida that the cops don't really care what you put on your cars. I have had all of my vehicles done in 5 % and I have been driving for 10 years and I Have never received a ticket for them.( Took a moment to Knock on some wood). My friends have received tickets for them but I think it was just because they were pulled over for things like speeding, racing, burnouts and other things like that and they usually got atitudes with the cops and the cops would try to find anything else wrong to give them multiple tickets.

Wink

I had 35% on the first one. Looked damned good. Even the lighter colors look good w/it. Do it, you won't regret it. And believe me, if 35% is dark enough for summer in Vegas, it's dark enough for the rest of the planet.

In Massachusetts you can only go as dark as 35% on the front doors, as dark as you want on the rear doors and 35% on the rear window. They dont allow any tinting at all on the windshield. I went 35% on my CL and now I wish i went 20%... Thats the first thing im changing as soon as Spring starts.

If you want to stay legal but want it to look even all the way around and darker, then simply tint 35% for all sides and rear windows but also tint the roof glass as well. By tinting the roof glass to eliminate another source of outside light will automatically make the rest of the windows look darker.

Or you could just close the cover.
