35% or 20% black tint on NBP
What would be a good match for my NBP. I don't want it to be so dark that it looks obtrusive. I'm looking for that classy clean look. thanks~

Here is my NBP car with 35 % in the front and 20% in the back .A few different angles to show how the light looks thru it. I think it is just perferect not to dark at night but still looks really good.

I have ebony interior also. And looking at some of the pix, I think 20% will be too dark for me so I'm leaning towards 35% now? Oh, and I'll be moving to Florida for school so 35% might not be good enough to withstand the sun/heat. More opinions and suggestions are welcome!!!

You might want to check the laws in your state - if that's a big deal to you. WA legal limit is 35% which is what I got. I probably would have put on 20% if I had my choice, but 35% is good enough. I know I've read replies from folks in certain states where they are harsh about tint limits.

NC harsh in some cities... really want 20%, but I may have to get 35%

On my NBP with ebony interior i have the 20% all around I like it. My previous car my 97 Civic hatch had 20% up front and 5% in the back and at night it was hard to back up, so 20% is good for me.

i think 35% is just right. it makes the car look classy but aggressive.
anything below that to me is getting a little ghetto. but different strokes for different folks.

What kind of tint are you getting??
I would say 20 all the way around, but certain tints look diff... I'm doing 35 on my car with a 45 windshield....but my car is PWP if I had NHB I'd go 20 with a 45 windshield.
were you planning on doing your windshield at all?? If so remember it makes everything look way darker

I'm planning on just getting regular black tint on four windows+rear. No windshield. Well, I live in Virginia and we have really strict law enforcements and from what I can remember the law is 50% front windows, and 35% rear. I'm moving to fl for school so the weather is going to be hot. Of course 20% will block more sun/heat than 35% but I'm worried about the look too. Don't want that gangster/aggressive look. So as long as 20% looks luxurious, i will get that for sure.

i would get 20% tint on my NBP but the law in DE is absolutely NO tint in the front windows but we are allowed to have as dark as we want on the back windows. dont move to delaware. i would only get tint if i could have it all even all the way around. but i'd say go with 20 man

i probably paid a premium for my tints, but i think it's worth paying a little extra to get it done right, and have quality tint film that won't bubble or turn purple in like 3 years.

Thanks for posting, but does anyone have any side profile pictures of 35% on NBP?
