My grill is pretty small, if turnout is going to exceed 10 someone might want to consider bringing a second one.

OK guys, I'm still in, but I have a new conflict (I know, I'm the one that proposed June 11...)
Can we make this a morning-ish meet? Say officially 10 - 2, with the option to hang afterward.
I have a ball (!) to attend that night now, black tie, and unfortunatly I can't skip it. (I really wish I could but its for the gf's business.)

I'm good for the 11th, but anything before 1pm I can't make. Our last meet at DNB was early Sunday as well which I can never make, I'd prefer afternoon Sun or any time Saturdays

I BOUGHT A HOUSE TODAY!
My contract offer was accepted today, and I'll be a proud homeowner this time next month, assuming all goes well. I'm moving to the other side of the river, in Fairfax (closer to my job), and it'll be a good place to host a few TSXs sometime in the future!

I am not sure if I will make it to this meet now well atleast with my Ron Jons on as the car now has a flat $200 tire. I have the tirerack.com road hazard plan however I dont know how long it will take to get a new tire. I wont get home to start the process of getting it replaced till wednesday.

Why don't we go for noon (cooking will commence at 12:30)?. I think jpt has volunteered to bring a grill for us to use and I can get the location arranged.
We need people to bring:
1. burgers, steaks, chicken, fish, hotdogs (and whatever else people what to have grilled)
2. drinks
3. cups, plates, utensils, napkins
4. chips, buns, condiment, salad
I know some people have already agreed to bring certain things on the first page so if anyone would like to bring something else or would like to bring additional things, post here and I will update the info on page one.,
Also, I will send out a reminder to everyone a few days before the picnic to remind them.
