I am stating the out the door price including tax, tag, title, destination, dealer fees and all the other little things. It looks like it is going to be closer to 28800 out the door.
Which means I am around 26,400ish on the purchase price

I agree, that sounds a bit high, but yeah, that's the OTD price. Gotta break it down to make some sense of it. (I can't recall my OTD price -- I can barely recall the base price!)
Here, let me take a stab at some numbers. Edmunds says that people are paying almost MSRP but I think they're smokin' somethin'.
(25800+615+500)*1.07 = 28700.05
That's your negotiated price (?) plus destination plus an arbitrary dealer fee, then sales tax. (Oh yeah, tax varies by county as well.)
Does that kind of sound like what you're trying to do? Edmunds says that the base price before destination is about 25,500, so that doesn't seem like such a bad deal, giving the dealer $800 over invoice. What's missing?

I'm in Miami, and the best deal I could get was $500 off MSRP (from all dealers in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami). I ordered mine in late October, though, so they should be a little cheaper now. I did just get this from Ferman Acura in Tampa, though:
*All TLs: $500 above invoice
*All MDXs: $500 below invoice
*All TSXs: $750 above invoice
*All RSXs: $500 above invoice
Thru March 31st.
Not sure if $750 over invoice is considered good, but it's good to me since I had to basically pay MSRP for mine.
