2006 still has folding rear seats?
Going through the new web site and the virtual showroom, I saw the term "trunk pass-through aperature" where before I'd seen 60/40 folding split seats. Earlier specs indicated the 2006 would retain the split seats, but can anyone who has seen one confirm it?

In the Interactive Showroom's "Storage" section you can see the little straps you can use to release the rear seats while leaning into the trunk. Also, although it's very murky, it looks like the rear seats fold down when you use that "Load Trunk" demo button.
So it looks like the rear seats still fold down, but Acura could have done a heckuva better job proving it in their demo. Especially since the pass-through gives them a competitive edge against, to take just one example, the IS250, which I looked at this weekend, and won't buy mainly because of the tiny skis-only pass-through.
Freakin' Lexus. Some of us carry big stuff that we need to do work around the house, a concept apparently foreign to their buyers.

Holy hell that took forever to find, but yes, the TSX still does have fold-down rear seats. You have to start at the main TSX page, then go to Specifications (under the "Learn" heading), then interior features, and then scroll all the way down, and it's near the top. "60/40 split fold-down rear seatback with lock"
I can't believe that I'm going to have to wait till the end of November to see it at a dealership...

In the Interior Features tab in the Specification, it does state "60/40 Split Fold-down rear seatback with lock" ![Thumbs Up](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

P.S. Please forgive the above. It is a gratuitous attempt to use rarely-invoked smilies.
