My 2005 acura tsx with navi has an ipod sync chord installed which allows me to plug in an ipod and control it with the steering wheel controls. I've been able to control a new 4th generation ipod touch and I was just wondering if I would be able to control the new nano ones

I'm not sure which iPod interface you use, but I've got the USA SPEC PA15 and according to their site, it says it does. I'd image competing products would probably do the same thing.

Question - does the PA15-HON2 allow you to change tracks from the steering wheel?

I ask because the manual (pg 6 - 3-1-2) seems to state that it will only change folders/playlists if the controls aren't "double-function"... since my controls just advance and rewind the current track, I'm thinking that it won't allow me to do the same with the HON2?

Hate to bump an older thread, but do you guys who have these iPod adapters get to see track names displayed on the navi screen (assuming you have navi)

I have the USAPSEC iPod Adaptor for myh 05 TSX w/navi and I do see the track names displayed on the navi screen. I get a pic and show when I can. and OP, I dont know if the new iPOD Nanos would work. I would assume so since the iPhone 4 did work when I used it.

Thanks so much for that info. Now I'm gonna look that one up.
Just two more quick questions, does get wired in like the one the OP is talking about (remove compartment under radio and plug in harness) and also does it charge the iPhone?
