guys realistically there could be 100's of variables to this event. In the end, what matters is how we fix it. Shit happens, look at toyotas gas pedal. The fact is we need to go about this a different way. When someone approaches us in a demanding way, we shut down & throw our guard up, we don't let anyone have anything you feel they don't deserve.

So if you approached any to these company's in this fashion, they automatically wont budge. My advice, contact Acura direct

next look for other dealerships to work with. Then ask for their corp. acura rep to look at it. (they come around every few weeks or so, assisting the dealerships) You may have unfortunatley, closed the doors on the ones you have nearby.(dealerships) I know this can be a super annoying situation to deal with, but the fact is, no one was hurt & you are still chatting with us today. Which is more than some Toyota families have. RIP
