Got hit as my car was parked overnight. Entire rear passenger side corner is scraped up. Luckily for me the person was still parked behind me with my paint on her bumper so I was able to get a police report. Officer said it was without a doubt her that hit me since all the scratches matched up from the 2 cars and the spot was SUPER tight.

Was looking to get a replacement bumper from Del Ray Acura's website but it doesn't give me a choice of color. I thought that the parts were at one time prepainted at the factory. Is this not true anymore? or ever? Was it just the factory body kits that were prepainted?

Bumpers were never painted. Your last part was correct, only body kits and some random exterior pieces were factory painted.
